Soya paneer

Soya flour

Coriander leaves

Green chilies

Red chili powder

Boiled potatoes

200 gm

Onion

50 gm

Ginger

10 gm

Garam masala powder

6 gm

Salt & Soya refined oil

(As required)

Finely grate the Soya paneer. Boil, skin and mash the potatoes. Finely chop onions, green chilies, coriander leaves and ginger. Mix everything together. Add the spices and knead into smooth dough. Heat the Soya refined oil in a pan. Make flat tikkis using small quantity of the mixture. Deep fry the tikkis in Soya refined oil till golden brown.
