Wheat flour + Proflo Soya Flour

500 gm

Onion

60 gm

Garam masala

10 gm

Soya refined oil

60 ml

Soya paneer

250 gm

Green chilies

10 gm

Coriander leaves

10 gm

Salt

To taste

Water to knead the dough

 

Knead the Soya flour into smooth dough. For filling, mix mashed Soya paneer, finely chopped green chilies, onion and coriander leaves. Add salt and gram masala. Make stuffed paranthas and fry in Soya oil. Serve hot with seasoned curd and pickles.
