SOYA MIXED FRUIT SMOOTHIE
 
  Ingredients

1 ripe medium            Banana, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup                     Silken Soya Tofu
1 1/4 cups                 Orange juice
2                              Ice cubes, crushed
1 cup                        Frozen blueberries
1 Tbs.                      Sugar or to taste (Or sugar substitute)

  Method

Mix in a blender, combine all ingredients; blend until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
