BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients |

1/2 cup
All-purpose flour, sifted
3 Tbs.
Canola oil
1/4 cup Soy
flour, sifted
1 cup
Sugar
1/2 tsp. Baking
powder
3 egg
Whites
6 Tbs.
Cocoa
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

ISift
all-purpose flour, baking powder and cocoa together using sifter or mesh
sieve. Blend oil, sugar, egg whites, and vanilla. Add flour mixture.
Stir just to blend. Pour into an 8" square pan sprayed with cooking
spray. Bake in 325 deg. F. oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into squares
and serve. Yield: 16 brownies.
Note: Store soy flour in the refrigerator or freezer after opening
