NUTRELA SHAMI KEBAB    

1 cup Nutrela

1 cup minced mutton

2 chopped green chilies

A small piece chopped ginger

1 tsp. Coriander powder

2 tsp. Garam masala

2 tsp. Lime juice or vinegar

Oil or ghee for frying

1 cup soaked gram dal

1 egg

Garlic –4-5 cloves

1 tsp. Corander leaves

½ tsp. Chili powder

¼ tsp. Turmeric

Salt to taste

 

1.      Soak Nutrela in luke warm water forabout 10-15 min. and squeeze out.

2.      Boil bengal gram dal, mutton. Nutrela, ginger, garlic onion, green chilies and garam masala together until well cokked and dry.

3.      Grind into paste

4.      Add salt, remaining spices and egg yolk. Mix well in paste.

5.      Shape into balls and press to flatten rounds

6.      Dip in the beaten white of egg.

7.      Fry them in hot oil, over medium heat, until brown on both sides.serve hot with tomato ketchup.
