1.
Soak Nutrela and rice separately in water in water
for about half an hour. 2.
Squeeze Nutrela add fry in ghee till brown. Keep
aside 3.
Heat ghee, add cumin seed, cloves cinnamon bay
leaves and cardamoms. Fry onions till brown. 4.
Add drained rice and fry for a while. 5.
Add Nutrela tomato, salt, garam masala and water. 6.
Cook until rice is done. |
