NUTRELA
PEAS CURRY
Ingredients
1.
Soak Nutrela in luke warm salted water for about
10-15 minutes and squeeze out 2.
Grind onion, garlic green chilies, cumin seed,
turmeric corainder, red chilies into a fine paste. Keep aside. 3.
Heat oil. Fry onion till light brown. Add ground
spices and fry for sometime. 4.
Add tomaotes, fry until oil starts to separate. 5.
Add peas, Nutrela, salt and water. 6.
Cook until the peas are tender. Add garam masala
and coriander leaves Note:
1.
For a dry curry, add a little water
and cook until the water has dried up. 2.
For Nutrela potato curry add potatoes instead of
peas. 3.
Use hard boiled eggs for Nutrela egg curry. |
