NUTRELA VEGETABLE NOODLES     

Ingredients

1 cup Nutrela

1 cup chopped cabbage

 1 cup chopped French beans

2 chopped onions

1 tsp. Black pepper – powder

2 tsp. Tomato sauce

150 gm noodles

1 cup chopped carrot

½ cup shelled peas

Salt –to taste

2 tsp. Soya sauce

4 tsp. Ghee or oil

 

1.      Soak Nutrela in luke warm water for about 10-15 minutes and squeeze out.

2.      Boil noodles in slated water until soft.

3.      Cut vegetables into long strips.

4.      Heat oil. Fry onion and vegetables.

5.      Add salt, black pepper and noodles, stir with a fork and cook for 2-3 minutes.

6.      Serve hot with Soya sauce and tomato sauce.
