NUTRELA KHEER (Serve 6)

1 ½ cups treated Nutrela flakes

½ tsp. cardamoms and nutmeg powder

750 ml full-cream milk

1 tbs. wheat-flour + 4 tbs. milk

¾ cup raw Nutrela flakes

1 tbs. ghee

6 tbs. sugar

Nuts to decorate

 

1.      Treat flakes according to directions on the pack.

2.      Rub cardamom – nutmeg powder on it and let stand for 10 min. then sauté  in ghee but do not brown.

3.      Add milk and boil till flakes are soft.

4.      Add sugar and simmer for five min.

5.      Add wheat flour mixed with milk, boil for two more minutes, or till desired thickness is obtained

6.      Serve hot, decorated with nuts.
