Method
|

|
Rehydrate
soy protein in boiling water.

|
In
a heavy sauce pan, sauté ground turkey, onions, mushrooms and
garlic in hot oil until turkey is no longer pink.

Add
rehydrated soy protein, tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, salt,
basil, oregano and pepper; mix well.

Bring
mixture to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until
slightly thickened.

Ladle
8 oz. sauce over 8 oz. cooked spaghetti.
