AND SOUR SOUP (Serves 8)
1.
Heat water, add treated Nutrela flakes 2.
Add corn flour (mixed with water) 3.
Add bean sprouts , corn and other vegetables sautéed
in oil. 4.
Allow boiling, while stirring. Simmer over a low
flame for about 3 minutes. 5.
Add the other ingredients and boil for a minute
longer 6.
Serve hot, with the usual accompaniments for
Chinese food, like chili Sauce, Chopped Chilies in vinegar, Soya Sauce,
for further adjustments to individual tastes. |
