Method

Cream
sugar and margarine until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a
time, beating after each addition.

flour, soy protein, baking soda, baking powder, lemon peel, spices
and salt; mix well.

dry ingredients alternately with coffee to creamed mixture; mix
well.
