Maida 250 gms
Oil 2 tps
Salt To taste
Water 1 cup

For Stuffing, heat oil in a pan.Add chavli.Cook for 2 minutes.Then add the remaining ingredients cover and cook for 2 minutes.For cover, Mix the ingredients and make dough.Press dough into Puri Shape.Fill stuffing into the pressed puri,make into ghugra Shape.Deep-fry the ghugras.Serve hot with sauce and chutney.
