NUTRELA RAGDA PATTIES

  Preparation Time 15 Minutes
  Cooking Time 30 Minutes
  Makes 12 Patties

 Ingredients:-

For Patties:
Nutrela boiled granules 1 cup
Boiled potatoes 400gms
Cornflour 1/2 cup
Ginger & Green chilli paste 1 tsp
Oil 6 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Green Peas 1/2 cup
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves Optional 
Salt To Taste

For Ragda

  Boiled white mutter 2 cup
  Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  Salt To Taste
  Water 3 Cup

Method:

 1.For the patties. Add all the ingredients except oil
 2.Make into Patties shape and shallow fry in oil on tawa. Patties is ready
 3.For Ragda. Mix all the ingredients. Boil for 10 minutes Ragda is ready.
 4.Serve hot Ragda Patties with sweet emli chutney
