Method:
1.For
the patties. Add all the ingredients except oil
2.Make into Patties shape and shallow fry in oil on tawa. Patties
is ready
3.For Ragda. Mix all the ingredients. Boil for 10 minutes Ragda is
ready.
4.Serve hot Ragda Patties with sweet emli chutney
