Method:
1.Heat
oil in the pressure cooker.Add clove,tej patta,onion.
Fry for 2 minutes.Add
Carrot,potato,Green peas.
Fry for 2 minutes.Add rice,Nutrela boiled granules.
Fry for 2 minutes.Add Tomatoes,tumeric powder,garam
masala,
salt,red chilli powder and water.
2.Cover the pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes /2 whistles.
3.Serve
hot koftas with gravy .
