Method:
For
Stuffing
1.
Mix all the Ingredients
For Cover
1.Mix all the ingredients nad make the dough.
2.Press into Puri Koftas.
3.Fill Stuffing into the Koftas
4.Deep fry the Koftas.
For Gravy
1.Grind
all the the indegrients except oil in a mixture
2.Heat
oil inthe pan.Add the mixture and cook for 10 min.
Add water.Cook for 5
minutes.The Gravy is ready.
3.Serve
hot koftas with gravy .
