Proflo - Defatted Soya Flour

To improve their quality and reduce costs, food manufacturers have realized the value of Defatted Soy Flour as a source of high graded vegetable protein and hence are increasingly using it in their products.

Ruchi's Proflo is used in preparation of breads, noodles, biscuits, cakes, pastries, soups, snack foods, pharmaceutical products and in other industrial products.

Ruchi's Proflo is made from high grade, golden yellow soybeans. The following specifications of Proflo is set to suit the wide range of applications. The soyabean used are natural & non-genetically engineered seeds which are 100% natural. 

Commodity:           Defatted Soya Flour made from golden yellow soyabean seeds.

Specifictions:

Protein             45 to 55 % min.
Moisture           5 to 8% max.
Fibre                1.5 to 3.5% max.
Fat                   1.5% max.
Ash                  5 - 6% max.

Available in consumer packing as well as for export shipments in 50 kg Jute Bags and HDPE Laminated Bags.
