          It was a great long weekend at  Ruchihealth. Ruchihealth marked its presence at the Food Show organized at the Abhay Prashal Stadium, Indore. The response was overwhelming. Lots of people showed their interest in shopping for the Health Foods. Quite few of them were amazed to know that Soya foods can be used in their daily cooking without changing their taste or imparting any peculiar odour.  An online registration was setup for people to register at the website and there was lots of Shopping done.            A 2-day Cookery Show was organized by the Rotary Club of Indore (Malvika) at Hotel Apsara, Indore. A interactive session was also held to demonstrate the uses of Proflo-Soya flour and  Nutrela Soya Granules. Proflo Puris made from protein rich Soya flour and Nutrela Manchurian were served to the esteemed female participants which were loved by all. 
         The participants were also glad to know that there are nearly 100 soya recipes present at the website and can be accessed anytime to know how Soya Health Foods can be added to their daily diet.
